UNSW Honours Studio Class

This project was to brand and produce a catalogue each for two exhibitions by the Honours Studio Class of Fine Arts students of 2014 in the University of New South Wales. The branding included a logo for each of the exhibitions, digital marketing assets for the university to publicise the exhibitions, and a catalogue with all 33 students' works to be distributed on the two nights.

The concept for the two exhibitions was REFINING and REFINED. To take guests on a journey through the process of refinement of these students works and - in a way - themselves too. Influenced by the process of refinement of sand into glass, the catalogue for REFINING was hand-bound with Japanese stab stitching with sandpaper as the covers, whereas the catalogue for REFINED was to exude a machine finished quality - printed on transparency and bound with Chicago screws.
